 Before making an appointment officially with us for translation service, you should read this paper. Once we get a commission from you to do the translation work, we will consider that you have read it.

1. For the sake of ensuring a high quality translation work, a client shall provide us with positive coordination. We would like our clients to make relative arrangements as early as possible---making application and presenting the document to-be-translated in advance.

2. We operate our company in accordance with related national policies and regulations. Apart from the accuracy of our translation, we will not take any responsibility for any kind of trouble that is caused by our clients` using of our translation work, such as legal and economic disputes.

3. We will do our best on referring to the format and words of the original text presented by our clients. For the content which is not right in language format or grammar, we may try to give some amendments considering with the situation.  

4. For the dissidence on our translation, the client shall bring up his modification requirement in written form within 7 working days after receiving our product, being out of the time limit will be considered as renunciation.

5. Ordinarily speaking, we will hold a confidential attitude to do the service. If the client has a specific security requirement, he shall notice us in advance, and the both sides will sign a security agreement, so that a strict secrecy measure can be adopted.

6. If an error occurred in the translation, under the condition that no special declaration stated in the contract, the amount of translation expense charged by us shall be considered as the upper limit for any rebate and compensation claim from the client. 

7. The specific demand from customers on font, format, system and printing for the translation work shall be listed out one by one in advance. Otherwise, we will deal it with language habits as well as referring to original format. And for any consequence derived from filling default, the filler shall be taken as responsible.
